THEIR HONOR:
Defendent, Avery Wolf, you have been accused of trafficking in multiple drugs of dependance prominantly in a commerical scale and nature, attempted murder, the performing of unauthorized medical procedures, breaching clinical standreds, evading prosecution and altering legal documents with fraudulent intent, unlawful deductions and deliberate breach of contract, operating a clandestine laboratory and possession of precursor chemicals, in no particular order. Do you plead guilty to these accusations?
A. WOLF:
( pause ) .. Probably not.

In that case, I call forward the procecutor to state their case.

Thank you. The case of the defendant has been ongoing since october 2001, since then, the commerical drug trafficking operation- also going by the name "Silverfish" or other such aliases- has supplied a large amount of high depedancy drugs and was in possession of chemicals with commerical and product intentions. Not only were her employees and associates taken advantage of she also failed to pay them substantial wage dispite possessing such funds.
A. WOLF OBJECTS: Wrong, I just offered jobs to people. I didn't know they weren't competent. Thats-

MS. KAEDENCE: Employees also reported an unsafe working envioment and abusive behaviour from Avery. This includes financial, verbal and physical abuse, harassment and threats.
MS. KAEDENCE: Oscar Shepherd, he was an associate of Avery who witnessed such behaviour. Can you come to the stand, please? ( gestures to O. SHEPHERD, sitting next to A. WOLF )
